The Pen
The barrel and cap are crafted from 925 sterling silver finished with a transparent lacquer coating, with a Montblanc diamond of approximately 0.06 ct set into the cap top. The fittings are high-gloss champagne gold-plated, and the clip carries an individual serial number. The stone is cut to the shape of the Montblanc emblem and set within a transparent dome, so that it appears to float above the cap, while the softly curved, tapering silhouette gives the pen its distinctly feminine profile.

The Story
The Étoile line was conceived around a single idea — a diamond cut in the form of the Montblanc star, presented as a symbol of purity and permanence — with the Eternelle rendering that idea in solid silver rather than resin.
