The Pen
The cap and barrel are crafted from 925 sterling silver, finished with a finely engraved [barley / pinstripe] pattern and set off by a gold-plated clip and cap rings. The white Montblanc emblem is inlaid in the cap top, and the handcrafted gold nib is engraved with 4810, the height in metres of Mont Blanc.

The Story
The Solitaire collection takes the Meisterstück, launched in 1924 and long regarded as the benchmark of fine writing instruments, and renders it in precious metals in place of the classic black resin.
