The Pen

The black precious-resin cap and barrel are worked into a wave-like, root-like pattern recalling both Rapunzel's hair and the Brothers Grimm's own description of their work as "research into roots," with the Montblanc emblem crowning the cap in resin. The platinum-coated clip, shaped like a knobby piece of wood, reveals the silhouetted profiles of the two brothers when turned.
